What is the delivery charge for ambi-dexter e-store shopping?

Free delivery :Free delivery on orders of HK $ 500 or above.

Delivery fee   :For any purchase below HK$500, a delivery charge will be required. We use S.F. Express for dispatch in order to provide customers with the fastest delivery service, details as follows:-

How long does delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, the customer orders from ambi-dexter e-store before 10 pm from Monday to Sunday and confirms the success of order and payment. Ambi-dexter will handle your order immediately and pack it and send it as soon as the next working day , And S.F. Express waybill number sent by e-mail to your mailbox for checking. Under normal circumstances, customers only need up to 1-2 days to receive the goods. However, it does not rule out that delivery time will be affected by festivals such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and Easter. Delivery service hours will be delayed when a typhoon signal No. 8 is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.


How can I track my order?

You can login as member, click on "login" to "my account", "my order" to check order status.


Can order items be delivered to another address other than the registered one?

You can manage your deliver addresses in “my account” > “address book”. In the checkout process, you can either select the address that you have saved or input the new address. 


Can I still change my address, after my order is confirmed?

If you have realized an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please go to contact us to contact our Customer Service. Our service hours are from 10 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday (except public holidays). If the item is in "shipping", the address can not be changed.



1) If for any reason cannot provide the goods or for any other reason the order cannot be delivered, ambi-dexter has the right to cancel the order. If this happens, ambi-dexter will inform the customer as soon as possible and discuss with the customer the most suitable refund method.

2) The customer cannot cancel the order once the order confirmation is submitted. If you need more information or assistance, please go to contact us and contact Customer Service.


Return goods/Refund 

ambi-dexter provides "7 days Product Quality Guarantee” - 7 days after your receipt of the products . On receipt of delivery if you find the products not in good conditions, please go to contact us to contact our customer services.

Please provide the photo with the information provided by the customer as evidence. Once ambi-dexter Customer Service agrees to process the condition, Customer must return the product to Customer Service for verification.

If the customer returns, it is responsible for shipping.

(a)   Return policy

•  Customer must return the product to Customer Service.

•  If replaceable items are sold out, ambi-dexter will inform the customer as soon as possible and discuss with the customer about the most suitable refund method.

•  Customers cannot only return some of the products: If 4 pieces are installed as a set, they must be returned in full package instead of only one or two.

•  If gifts purchased with the product are out of stock, ambi-dexter will provide a similar gift instead.

•  To process returns, customers must go to contact us and contact Customer Service.

(b) Refund Policy

Once verified and confirmed you are eligible for a refund, ambi-dexter will inform the customer as soon as possible and discuss with the customer the most suitable refund method.

(c) Non-Refundable Product

Exchange or refund of a product cannot be accepted in the following cases:

•   Any product without a proper proof of purchase

•   Products purchased more than 7 days previously

•   Where the related products for refund/exchange are not returned by customers 

•   Any gifts or trial pack

•   Product packaging is not intact, damaged or remarkable with dirt

•   Any product rejection due to personal preference

•   In case of dispute, ambi-dexter reserves the right of final decision.

ambi-dexter is committed to safeguarding the privacy of individuals with respect to personal data.  We therefore make sure that our policies and practices in relation to the collection, use, retention, transfer and access of personal data comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) (the “Ordinance”) under the laws of Hong Kong.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy. 


Force Majeure

Ambi-dexter shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of ambi-dexter.
